Essential: - Educated to diploma level or equivalent qualification / experience / knowledge; - NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service / Management of Administration or equivalent knowledge base
Desirable: - ECDL or equivalent qualification
Essential: - Experience in customer service and administration duties; - Experience in the use of IT / computer skills
Desirable: - Experience of working in the NHS and / or dealing with customers /range of different people
Essential: - Knowledge of outpatient and waiting list targets, systems and procedures; - Understanding of budgets
Desirable: - Experience of workforce processes including recruitment, appraisal, disciplinary procedures and managing attendance; - Experience of working with patient tracking lists
