Essential: - Registered Mental Health Nurse; - Current unrestricted registration with NMC; - Relevant training and experience specialist short courses

Essential: - Excellent written communication skills

Essential: - Substantial experience in a Community Mental health care setting; - Developed specialist knowledge gained within a similar environment over a considerable period of time; - Significant experience of undertaking assessment, formulation, risk assessment and positive risk management; - Experience of safeguarding and investigations; - Proven experience of people management; - Experience of research based/reflective practice, e.g. understanding and ability to use supervision to reflect on skills, attitude and knowledge and develop these by using evidence based practice; - Experience as a preceptor / mentor

Essential: - Must have full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle for business use
