We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Programme Tutor to join our supportive team. You will support apprentices throughout their learning journey, delivering high-quality teaching, coaching and pastoral support to help learners achieve their full potential.

With extensive experience in the early years, education or SEND sector, you will plan and deliver personalised learning programmes, set SMART targets, monitor progress, and provide regular reviews and feedback. You will work closely with employers to coordinate on- and off-the-job learning, support Gateway and End Point Assessment, and provide timely interventions to keep learners on track.

As a key employer contact, you will build strong partnerships, maintain accurate learner records, support quality assurance, and ensure programmes meet College, Awarding Organisation and Ofsted standards. The role includes observing and meeting learners in their early years or education settings, so regular travel is required.

If you are passionate about developing people, supporting learners and delivering outstanding outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
