The Virtual Health Hub has just received substantive funding after a successful pilot to the Telemedicine, Clinical Communication Centre and Virtual ward.

Experienced clinicians with clinical knowledge in the care and management of the acutely ill/complex care/palliative care/intermediate care patient within and outside the hospital.

Excellent communication skills.

Highly self-motivated.

Training & development is actively encouraged and supported, to improve and enhance your skill base for career progression.

Opportunities for funded places on the History Taking and Physical Examination MSc module and potential to progress to non-medical prescribing.

You will be closely supported by the urgent and emergency clinical teams.

Essential: - Professional UK registration e.g. NMC, HPC, GPhC; - Degree level education or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through any combination of alternative study, or employment experience; - Able to demonstrate a good command of the English Language both written and verbal

Desirable: - Additional Post graduate learning in specialist field including master's degree or working towards; - Project management learning and/or development; - Communication skills learning and/or development

Essential: - Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD) clearly recorded for professional profile; - Extensive clinical knowledge in the care and management of the acutely ill/complex care/palliative care/intermediate care patient within and outside the hospital; - Evidence of post registration clinical work experience in the speciality

Desirable: - Experience of change management; - Experience of project management for policy development or large scale projects; - Experience of remote video assessment or telephone triage service

Essential: - To demonstrate the required behaviour in keeping with the Trust values; - Organisational and on-going planning skills including own workload and of others in an unpredictable environment; - Understanding of effective clinical governance including implications, quality and audit

Desirable: - Proven remote video assessment skills; - The ability to work at problems from a unique or different angle.
