Consider the needs of the department and work with others in the department to provide a harmonious service.
Provide a Histopathology Service of the highest quality.provide cover for colleagues' annual leave and other authorised absence.
Further develop the Histopathology Service with colleagues and management representatives of the directorate
Work flexibly with colleagues to achieve the hospital agreed panned activity for inpatient and outpatient services

Essential: - GMC registration; - MBBS or equivalent
Desirable: - Specialist training certificate in pathology
Essential: - 4 years post MBBS and 2 years within Histopathology field; - Thorough and broad training; - Teaching and mentoring junior workforce; - Teaching clinical skills to laboratory and other staff
Desirable: - Clinical Audit
