We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team on Frederick Banting Ward (Vascular) at Basildon Hospital. We are ...
- You will work with the ward manager and multi-disciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing care and staff development, as part of the ward team.
- Following the preceptorship period the post holder is expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision and is required to demonstrate procedures, supervise unqualified and adaptation staff whilst maintaining a safe working environment.
- To be flexible in the approach to the clinical area and provide cover for any area specified.

Essential: - Nursing degree; - NMC Registration
Essential: - Experience in an acute clinical environment as trained or student nurse.
Desirable: - Previous NHS experience of working in an acute care environment and performing competencies at an advanced level.; - Evidence of link nurse duties or involvement in auditing and training.
