Job description
St Raphael the Archangel CMAT are looking to recruit a Wraparound Care Assistant. This role will be based at St Peter's Catholic Primary School, Leamington Spa part of St Raphael the Archangel Catholic Multi-Academy Trust. This is a fixed-term role until 31st August 2027, part time working 6 hours per week on a term time only plus INSET days basis (39 weeks per year).
The successful candidate will be someone who:
- is fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
- has experience of working with primary-aged children in a school, childcare or play setting
- has strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- has high expectations of behaviour and care for all children
- has energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude
- is able to provide a safe, caring and engaging environment for children before and/or after the school day
- can work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, parents and staff
- has a creative and flexible approach to play activities and child supervision
- will be supportive of our Catholic ethos of the school
- will have high expectations of all children
- will have energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude
