Apprentice Medical Receptionist/Administrator

To

provide high quality reception and administrative services for the GP's to

ensure efficiency in patient care

Deal

with telephone and face to face enquires from staff members, patients, carers

and other services providing information, directing and prioritising queries as

appropriate

Producing

reports for solicitors/insurance companies/other outside agencies

Scanning

and coding of letters

Referrals

using NHS e-referrals and email

Registration

of new patients

Calling

for patients for review who have a chronic disease

Take responsibility for own development, learning and performance

patients, based in North Ormesby in Middlesbrough

Essential: - GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths

Essential: - Experience of working within a team
