Job description

<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist</strong> to join our friendly team in our 0-19 Service.</p><p>Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of school-aged children? Do you want to work in a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team where your professional development is a priority? Were looking for an <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to provide speech and language therapy <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support to pre-school and school age children with a wide range of speech, language and communication difficulties and their families, within the Wiltshire community</span></span>.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>To work <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">independently, with responsibility and accountability to manage and prioritise caseloads of pre-school and school aged children with a wide range of speech, language and communication difficulties in the community</span>.</li><li>To offer assessment and differential diagnosis of a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">childs communication difficulties through use of formal and informal assessment, specialist knowledge and consultation with parents and other professionals involved in their care
