Class Teacher (KS2)

Hodge Clough Primary School serves just under 420 pupils in the Moorside area of Oldham, including nursery education for pupils from 3 years of age.

We are seeking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner with interest and experiences in Key Stage 2

• Is highly-motivated and will develop an engaging, imaginative, and inclusive learning environment in which all pupils can thrive;
• Will be an effective team member with high expectations of themselves and their pupils, demonstrating a strong commitment to raising achievement for all;
• Will work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team, contributing positively to whole-school development;
• Has a commitment and drive to improve outcomes for all pupils including those who are disadvantaged;
• Has up-to-date knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies, and can confidently deliver adaptive teaching for a wide range of needs;
• Is committed to their own professional development;
• Is eager to contribute to the wider life of the school and model the values of Hodge Clough Primary School.
