Grade N04 £13.68 per hour - to £14.12 per hour after 3 years (Pay award pending).
05:00 – 08:15am
An opportunity exists for a suitable individual to work within the Facility Services Division of City Operations, Neighbourhoods and Regulatory Services Directorate as a Cleaner Supervisor at Walker Medical Centre, Church Walk, Walker, Newcastle upon Tyne.
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have good communications skills, the ability to work with limited supervision, be capable of regular stooping, bending, lifting, and carrying of equipment and materials. Experience managing large teams in a school or similar environment would be an advantage.
Facility Services and Civic Management work across Newcastle and Gateshead providing building cleaning, caretaking, school meals and welfare catering services.
We have a large team of cleaners, cleaner supervisors, facility supervisors (caretakers), catering assistants, assistant chefs and chefs working various hours and shifts in schools and public buildings.
