Salary: £46,142 - £48,226 per annum
Hours per week: 37 hours

We are looking for an experienced and strategic commissioning professional to join Wiltshire Council's Adults Strategic Commissioning Team as a Commissioning Lead. You will lead complex and high-risk joint commissioning, recommissioning and strategy programmes across the Adult Social Care portfolio, developing commissioning and procurement approaches that deliver high-quality, sustainable services and improved outcomes for Wiltshire residents.
The successful candidate will bring extensive commissioning experience, with a proven ability to lead complex projects, manage significant risks, influence senior stakeholders and operate confidently across different organisational teams. You will provide leadership and oversight to commissioning officers, offer constructive challenge and support, and act as a key link between Strategic Commissioning, senior leaders and partners to drive service improvement and transformation.
