Where necessary, you will identify and report potential safeguarding, consider mental capacity, and other high-risk situations where a person’s safety or liberty may be at risk. Your team will have an office base and can work in a hybrid way.  You will undertake visits to people in their own homes, in a hospital setting or wherever the person feels most comfortable to meet you.
