Job description
Do you want to be part of a busy team in Adult Social Care, supporting adults who want to have choice and control over who provides their social care and support needs? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team, delivering quality service to adults we support.
The Direct Payments Team are committed to providing an excellent customer experience to all Adult Social Care supported adults who want to take back control of their care and support from ESCC. They are at the centre of all we do.
As a Direct Payments Officer you will supervise and support members of the team and help us to continue our outstanding service to practitioners and adults, as well as external stakeholders. We are part of the larger team of Adult Social Care Financial Services and work closely with our colleagues to provide this service.
