Could you be our next General Operative (BOS) within our Building Maintenance Division?

In this role you will insert brief description of the role here.

What we are looking for…

You will be reliable, adaptable and committed to delivering a high-quality service to our tenants and customers. You will have experience carrying out general labouring duties within a construction, maintenance or property environment and be able to undertake a range of bolt-on skills. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative to solve problems and achieve service objectives.

You should also be able to demonstrate:

A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety and workmanship.

Good communication and customer service skills.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Experience of manual handling and working in a range of environments, including outdoors.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Basic digital skills, including the use of handheld devices to record work activities and materials.

A full driving licence.

You will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
