We have an interesting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to work as a Support Worker in a local community setting and to work within Adult Social Care. The role involves meeting individuals who require support and advice about services available to help people to maximise their independence by signposting, giving advice and practical assistance. It also involves working with other professionals (Health and Social Care) and with other services.
