Nursery Practitioner Level 3 (Little Common School)

• A level 3 qualified, experienced nursery practitioner who is passionate about early years education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
• A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• A confident team member with excellent communication skills, capable of delivering seamless service delivery during the late afternoon/evening (3-6) sessions.  During the non-term time weeks and the hours of 3pm - 6pm an enhancement will be paid to lead during these periods.
• A professional with strong safeguarding knowledge and practice, ensuring the highest standards of care and protection for all children.

• A newly developed, thoughtfully planned nursery environment, fully equipped with high-quality resources to support outstanding early years education, within a large, well-resourced and successful school

The role is for 6 hours per day from 12pm to 6pm 52 weeks per year.

Holidays will be taken within the nursery closure periods with any remaining days as per agreement in advance, which may include during term time to aid with cheaper holidays.
