Our Telecare service offers peace of mind to customers and their families, knowing that help is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
As an Ostara Responder, based at our Head Office, you will respond to emergency calls from customers who may have fallen, feel unwell, require assistance, or simply need reassurance. You will play a vital role in supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our community, helping them to remain safe, independent, and connected to their homes.
We are looking for someone who is caring, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent customer service. You will be calm under pressure, able to work independently, and confident in responding to a variety of situations.

Working Pattern
This role operates on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern:
3-day shifts | 3 rest days | 3-day shifts | 3 rest days | 3-night shifts | 3 rest days | 3-night shifts | 3 rest days
