We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic People Advisor to join our People Operations Team and play a key role in supporting managers and leaders across the organisation.
You'll provide professional, practical and solution-focused HR advice across a broad range of people matters, including:
- Attendance management and wellbeing support
- Disciplinary, grievance and capability cases
- Organisational change and TUPE transfers
- Workforce planning and talent development
- Job evaluation and pay consistency
- Policy development and service improvement
- Manager coaching, training and briefings
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
Working closely with managers and senior leaders, you'll help create positive employee experiences, build management capability and support the delivery of our People Plan.
- A confident HR professional with employee relations experience
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledgeable in employment legislation and HR best practice
- A strong communicator who can influence and build relationships
- Organised, resilient and solutions-focused
- Passionate about inclusion, wellbeing and positive workplace culture
