Job description

  • Hours: 8.30am -4.30pm, Monday – Friday, term time only

As a Receptionist Administrator, your primary duties will be to provide reception duties and administrative support to the Head Office team.

  • answering the telephone
  • passing on messages to relevant team members either by Teams channel or written note
  • greeting Visitors and ensuring they sign in and out
  • making teas or coffees for visitors and staff
  • taking deliveries and arranging any collections of returned items
  • sorting and distributing post and informing the main office if any post or deliveries have arrived for them
  • keeping the office tidy, including the kitchen area
  • managing and organising purchase of any stationery, staff refreshment supplies
  • reporting any maintenance required
  • administration support as required.

Based at our head office in Bury St Edmunds you will work in a team of 10+.

Due to the nature of the role, you must have a minimum of 1 year administration or office experience.

We take safeguarding very seriously, if successful, you will be subject to references and DBS checks.
