As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your role involves offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact at Winchester Heights Care Home. You'll support the administrative functions and ensure the reception operates smoothly. Main responsibilities include answering phones, responding to inquiries at reception, redirecting calls, and recording messages accurately. You will complete reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Ensuring the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with housekeeping to maintain standards are also part of the role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident with computers, and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
