- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, term time only
- Contract: Permanent, required as soon as possible

Pushforward Secondary Education Ltd are seeking to appoint a Safeguarding Administrator.
The Pushforward Group of companies helps young people that don’t fit the standard one-size fits all academic system by providing an individualised programme that helps them feel confident, comfortable and find their spark.
- being the first point of contact for any parent/student that calls HO with queries and triage all calls for Safeguarding
- monitoring and analysing attendance and producing weekly reports for the Safeguarding team
- to create, check and be the first point of contact for Risk Assessments
- ensuring the database and any trackers is up to date on anything relating to Safeguarding
- ensuring the Safeguarding elements of onboarding of new students is completed
- assisting with the creation of Newsletter statistics and training information for staff
- to Minute the Safeguarding Meetings on a Wednesday on Form provided and to send to Safeguarding Assistant Director who will share with the team and Directors
- and any other Safeguarding administration as required.
