Your focus will be to support and work alongside our Care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents and staff. Additional responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, involvement in care planning, supporting residents with medication, conducting staff supervisions, and acting as a key contact point for residents and health care professionals. Candidates must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent, two years of experience in a similar care environment, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude.
