Premises Manager at The Rowan Schools
NJC Band G, Point 20 - 25 currently £33,672 - £37,562 (26/27)
We are looking for a committed and experienced Premises Manager to take responsibility for the effective management of our school premises across a designated multi-school site.
The role will be responsible for:
- Health and safety, security, maintenance and cleaning, including building maintenance and the cleanliness and maintenance of furnishings, fixtures, plant and heavy equipment.
- Line management of premises staff, including their deployment across other sites and performance management.
- Oversight of external contractors working across the designated multi-school site premises.
This is an important role in ensuring our school environments are safe, secure, well maintained and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors.
