Level 2 Teaching Assistant + SEN
2 Positions Available
Grade: TA2 Grade D SCP 6 + SEN Allowance
Actual Salary: £20,193 - £21,865 per annum plus SEN allowance
Contract: Initially, fixed term until August 2027
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time + 5 Days
Required From: ASAP

The Governors of St Stephen & All Martyrs’ CofE Primary are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated SEND learning support assistant, to join our friendly and happy school. The successful candidate will be somebody with knowledge and experience in a range of Special Educational Needs, who will focus on securing ambitious aspirations for our children within a close and supportive team.
- Enjoys working with children
- Has experience and or qualifications within the area of SEND
- Has the skills and knowledge to support children with a range of needs, using effective strategies to promote positive attitudes to learning
- Actively engages in children’s learning
- Is passionate about helping children achieve their best
- Is a team player and is able to engage well with other staff and agencies
- Is highly motivated, and has a positive attitude
- Has excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Is able to use their own initiative
- Delightful children who have a desire to achieve, believe & care.
