Join our Trust-wide Supply Teaching Assistant Bank (Levels 1 - 3)

Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? Victorious Academies Trust is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants (Level 1, 2, 3) join our growing Supply Teaching Assistant Bank, supporting academies across the Trust.

Whether you're an experienced TA or early in your career, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied experience, work flexibly, and be part of a forward-thinking, child-centred Trust.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across different year groups and settings to support teaching, learning and pupil development.

  • Assist teachers in creating positive, inclusive and engaging learning environments.
  • Provide 1:1, small-group or in class support depending on need.
  • Help with classroom preparation, resources, displays and administrative tasks.
  • Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour and academic development.
  • Work proactively with teaching staff to ensure pupils can thrive and achieve their potential.

Assignments may vary day to day or longer-term depending on academy needs.

  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
  • Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • A calm, patient and flexible approach.
  • Good literacy, numeracy and ICT capability.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and equality.
  • Relevant TA qualifications (Level 1-3) and experience working in educational settings are essential for supply roles.

*Please note your qualification will be the level you would work at on our supply bank. Please refer to the attached Job Descriptions for your appropriate qualified level*

  • Level 1 - Grade C Points 5-6 , £14.08 - £14.30 per hour.
  • Level 2 - Grade D Points 7-10, £14.53 - £15.24 per hour.
  • Level 3 - Grade E Points 11-16, £15.49 - £16.79 per hour.

*Daily rate is dependent on experience and qualification level.
